Biography:
Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairmont State University, I gained many experiences throughout my education. I was a freshman counselor for the New Student Orientation Program for three years, a member of the debate team, a campus tour guide and a member of Student Government for four years. I served as the Student Body President for the 2003-2004 year and served as a member of Campus Compact, which is a national issues forum. I helped with many campus visitation days and assisted with different community service projects. I served on the Homecoming committee, judicial hearing board, budget committee, task force committee, Young Alumni Advisory Committee and various search committees. I worked in the Office of Student Affairs and the Office of Enrollment Services while in college, and I am currently working for the FS Alumni Association before beginning classes toward a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations at West Virginia University in the fall of 2004.
