Some people have reported that they are getting bounced emails when emailing students.
The problem appears to be a cached contact issue. We made some changes on the mail server and the contact stored in Outlook is looking for the file we removed. We made this change to resolve other email issues, but this is a side-effect of that fix.
To resolve the problem
Once you begin typing in the recipient's email address in the "To" space of a new email, find the cached email address that automatically populates, then click on the black X to the right of the address to delete it.
