ACTIVATING YOUR UNIFIED COLLEGE ACCOUNT (UCA)

To activate your account:

• Go to Fairmont State Homepage: http://www.fairmontstate.edu
• Select the "Enrollment Center" from the Quick Links drop-down menu on the right hand side of the page.
• On the Enrollment Center page, select Activate Unified College Account.
• You will be prompted for your Social Security #
• You will be prompted for your Date of Birth
• You will be prompted for a Password
• Follow the instructions until your account is activated and you see your username.
• If you have problems, contact the Library at 304-367-4733 or email questions to askalibrian@fairmontstate.edu
• You must activate your own account.  Do not allow anyone else to activate it for you.
