The GOAL of the GEAR UP manual is to document procedures, guidelines, and resources to ensure ethical, deadline and data-driven, team-oriented decision-making by the Fairmont State University GEAR UP staff, site coordinators, liaisons, and FACE coordinators. The goal is to also provide a guide to GEAR UP schools and campus programs as a model for their own sites.
