PILATES FOR PINK

With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’ve teamed up with Pilates for Pink, Breast Cancer Research Foundation & the Falcon Center Fitness to help donate to a great cause.  For the entire month of October, our fitness classes will be open to EVERYONE.  Anyone may attend any fitness class for a small donated amount or by signing a pledge form to donate in the future.  All participants will receive a special Cancer Awareness bag filled with many great items.  You don't have to be a member to participate and donate.  All   donations will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  Our goal as a facility is to reach $250.  Special Pilates Classes are scheduled for Tuesday October 5th & Thursday October 7th. 

SOLES4SOULS

Please join us! During the Fall Semester, the Falcon Center will be sponsoring a shoe drive  with Soles4Souls.  We chosen this organization to assist in facilitating the donations to the people who desperately need footwear nationally and internationally.  We will be hosting a 5K Turkey Trot on Saturday November 6th at 9am to assist in sponsoring.  Please feel free to stop by the Falcon Center Reception Desk anytime during this Fall semester to drop off any shoes you don't need or no longer use. We look forward to  teaming up with you to  in helping those who desperately need foot wareso please join Soles4Souls in Changing the world one pair at a time!

THANKS & GIVING PROGRAM

During the whole month of November, the Falcon Center will be taking canned food donations to be given to Scott’s Place Homeless Shelter located in Fairmont.  By donating any canned food item (s), you will receive a ticket good for $2 off Aladdin Food Management Thanksgiving Buffett. (Thanksgiving Buffett for only $7.75 with canned food donation)

Donations can be made at Falcon Center Reception Desk. 

Buffett is on Wednesday, November 17th 2010
4:00-7:00pm, Floor Falcon Center 3rd Floor.

 CHRISTMAS WISH PROGRAM

For the entire month of December, community member may donate an unwrapped gift to the Falcon Center and the $4 guest pass fee will be waived and you may use the Falcon Center facility for that one day for FREE.   

All donated gifts will be given to the St Jude’s Children Hospital.
