Mentorship Program To Assist Faculty in Blackboard Vista Course Development

If you are developing an online course or just using Vista to enhance a traditional course, the LTC has faculty mentors on campus to help you with questions that you might have. The mentors come from a variety of academic disciplines, so there's a good chance that one of them has the specific expertise that you need.

Interested in Becoming a Faculty Mentor?

We want you!The Offices of the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Fairmont State University and the Provost of Fairmont State Community and Technical College seek faculty members willing to work with other members of the faculty in the development of WebCT courses. Mentors will be expected to work with faculty members who (1) are developing courses that will be taught entirely online using WebCT or (2) are using WebCT to enhance courses taught in the traditional classroom environment. Members of the Mentorship Program will receive compensation of a course overload for each semester of participation in the program.
