Vista Academy/Boot Camps:

These four day intensive workshops are designed for those who wish to develop an online class or want to be more adept in using Blackboard/Vista. Upon the completion of the 4-day sessions attendees will:

  • Have a good working knowledge of Blackboard/Vista and it’s various components;
  • Know how to create and post course content materials to their course;
  • Be able to administer the course using Blackboard/Vista’s tools;
  • Understand pedagogical issues that apply to online learning;
  • Have a working knowledge of Blackboard/Vista’s assessment tools; and
  • Have an online or Blackboard/Vista enhanced course almost completed.
