The Mission
The Fairmont State New-Faculty Mentoring Program promotes the support, development, and retention of new faculty through active, collaborative engagement of veteran faculty members paired with new faculty members in activities designed to enculturate new faculty.

The Vision
The Fairmont State New-Faculty Mentoring Program will contribute to the retention of new faculty, and involvement of new and participating veteran faculty in the campus' professional-development, cultural, and athletic activities and events.
