Variety is what makes the Group Fitness Program at Campus Recreation so popular. We offer an assortment of classes at various times to fit your schedule. We are sure that you will find something that will provide the motivation to achieve your goals or the challenge to improve your level of fitness.

Mondays 

  • 4:00pm-Kickboxing (Room A)
  • 4:30pm-ZUMBA  (Room B)
  • 5:30pm-Yoga (Room B)

     

Tuesdays

  • 12:30pm -Tabata (Room A)
  • 4:00pm-Spinning (Room A)
  • 4:00pm-Body Blast (Room B)
  • 5:00pm- Boot Camp (Room B)
  • 6:00pm- ZUMBA (Room B)

     

Wednesdays

  • 4:00pm-ZUMBA  (Room B)
  • 5:00pm - HOOP Dance
  • 5:30pm-Yoga (Room B)

     

Thursdays

  • 12:30pm -Tabata (Room A)
  • 4:00pm-Spinning (Room A)
  • 4:00pm-Boday Blast (Room B)
  • 5:00pm- Boot Camp (Room B)
