Every year the Cliff Habitat Restoration Day is one of the largest volunteer events at Coopers Rock State Forest. We all have busy schedules, but it is important to take time to help maintain the rocky areas of Coopers Rock. You can volunteer for all or just part of the day. Please come up to volunteer even if you only have an hour. Food always helps so pizza is provided sometime in the middle of the volunteer day compliments of the Coopers Rock Foundation. Make sure to wear sturdy footwear, clothes that can get dirty and are appropriate for the weather. Bring a water bottle and snacks. They do have some work gloves, but it helps if you bring your own. If you can't make it for the main day, there are some prep dates. If you are interested in this please contact Jan Kiger at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
