Biography:
I began my architectural education at Fairmont State, where I graduated with a BSET-Architecture. I then continued my professional education at Virginia Tech and was granted the professional degree of Master of Architecture in 1997. I am a registered architect and am certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Board. In addition to my role as an educator, I am also a practicing architect and have been involved in over $300 million worth of construction projects. Maintaining a practice allows me to bring the realities of that world into the classroom.
