  1. Submit a completed application by March 1 for priority consideration.
  2. Take the ACT or SAT and have the official scores sent to us.
  3. Have official copies of high school and/or college transcripts sent to the Office of Admissions.
  4. A health form is recommended for all students and required for health careers and teacher education majors. The form must be signed by a physician.
  5. If you were born after January 1, 1957, you must provide official proof of immunization against rubella and measles.
