The Career Services Office can help you with all kinds of things from choosing a major to writing great cover letters. The staff also can help connect you to internship leads—faculty are a great resource for internships too—summer jobs and graduate school information.

The folks in this office are also the ones responsible for hosting the annual Fairmont State Education Job Fair, bringing education employers right to our campus, and the Fairmont State Job and Career Fair, one of the state’s largest job fairs. These fairs give you the chance to meet people anxious to hire Fairmont State grads.
