Air Conditioning

Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning. Public areas are also air-conditioned. 

Bathrooms

There are bathrooms located in each wing of the traditional residence halls. Bathrooms are community-type facilities with toilet and shower areas that are individually sectioned. Bathrooms are cleaned on a daily basis by custodial staff. Bryant Place bathrooms are located in each suite and are maintained by the residents.

Furniture

There is a bed, desk, chair, closet and drawer space provided for each resident (except for the unfurnished apartments of the College Park Apartments). The furniture in Bryant Place and Morrow Hall is new wood furniture. There is a mixture of built-in and freestanding furniture in Pence and Prichard.

Laundry

Washer and dryers are available in each residence hall. Ironing boards are also provided, however the resident must provide their own iron.

Lounge/Social Areas

The lounge and study areas act as the students’ living room. A television, pool table and vending machines are located in each main lounge area.

TV/Cable/Computer Access

Basic TV cable and Internet hookup is provided in each room. Individual residents may purchase additional cable channels at their own expense. Each room has two personal computer jacks and one television hookup. Residents must furnish their own televisions and personal computers. Computer labs are also available in the residence halls.

Telephone

Each room has local telephone service, which is shared by the roommates. In addition, voicemail is provided. Residents must provide their own phones.
