Revised Masterplans and Institutional Compacts -

The compact and masterplan for Fairmont State College and Fairmont State Community and Technical College addresses the goals set forth in Senate Bill 653: 1) Access to Higher Education, 2) Academic Outcomes, 3) Coordinated Higher Education Delivery System, and 4) Contributions to the Economic Development of West Virginia. Primary emphasis, however, will focus on two critical goals: creating an independently accredited but administratively linked community college and improving the economy of West Virginia by developing a highly qualified workforce.
