Please click on the admissions application link on the right for completion.  You should complete this application if you are a NEW Fairmont State student or have not taken a COLLEGE class with us the previous semester.  

If you have completed a COLLEGE class last semester then you are still an active student and don't have to complete anything expect your requested schedule. 

You will need to print the application, complete, and sign.  Once you have completed these forms you will need to take them to your technician/training coordinator for further instruction.
