SMARTHINKING is an online tutoring service that Fairmont State University/Pierpont Community and Technical College is making available to its students. SMARTHINKING provides tutoring in mathematics (basic math through Calculus, including Bilingual Math), Biology, Intro Human A & P, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Accounting, Intro to Finance, Statistics, Spanish, and Writing. If you have not used SMARTHINKING before, click below to create your SMARTHINKING account. When creating your account you will be required to use your UCA login information for the Username, Password and Email address when prompted.

Review these trouble-shooting tips as a first step toward resolving your problems.

  • Make sure that your browser is set up to allow cookies and pop-up windows. SMARTHINKING uses both of these.
