DATES, SETUP, JUDGING. AWARDS:

DATES OF FAIR:  February 29 & March 1, 2008

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: Friday, February 15, 2008

SET-UP PROJECTS: Friday, February 29, 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the new Engineering Technology Building. For those driving long distances to attend, a 7:30 am early registration is available on Saturday.

PUBLIC VIEWING OF PROJECTS: Friday, February 29, 5:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the new Engineering Technology Building.

JUDGING: Saturday, March 1, 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

NOTE: Students must be present when project is judged; teachers and parents may not be in display area during judging.

AWARDS CEREMONY: Saturday, March 1, 2:00 pm.

UNLOADING FOR THE SCIENCE FAIR AND PARKING:
  • Enter the Campus using the road by the Administration Building (Hardway Hall).

  • Temporarily park at the end of the parking lot behind Hardway Hall near the Turley Center and the new Engineering Technology Building

  • Enter the first floor of the Engineering Technology building. Go to the 3rd floor lobby for registration and disply set-up.

  • Move your car to one of the student lots. Note that the Parking Garage costs $2.00

Note: When you arrive on campus Saturday morning for the judging, you may want to park in the new parking garage (available as you approach the Administration Building). The fee is $2.00 - paid when exiting.
