This software is intended for currently enrolled students at Fairmont State only. All other use is strictly prohibited.

Your login information should look like the following:

User Name: students\UCA
Password: your password

Once you have done this you will be prompted to OPEN, SAVE, or CANCEL. Click SAVE and choose your location to where you would like to save this file. Once the file has completely downloaded it will give you options (if the close after download is not checked) of OPEN, OPEN FOLDER, CLOSE. Click OPEN. Once in there you need to extract the files. This is done in different ways depending on what program you have selected to ZIP files. We will be using the Built-In one in Windows XP.

To extract your files you need to go to File-> Extract All. Once you have done this there will be a series of questions. Press NEXT, then choose where you would like it to extract the files. (You can either type the location in or click BROWSE and select it that way.) Then click NEXT and then FINISH. Once you have done this it will display the files, click on Setup McAfee for Students. This will then run the setup program and install McAfee on your computer. Once this is done it will prompt you to restart your machine. Once prompted Select YES.

After your machine has been rebooted you now have McAfee Installed on your machine and your computer is now protected.
